The Galilean School offers each year courses led by renowned professors, both from within the University of Padua and from other Italian and international institutions.
The Executive Council, based on proposals by the Class Coordinator, can appoint a course to a professor from the University of Padua or another Italian university, or hire any Italian or foreign scholar by contract. For professors at the University of Padua, the assignment of an internal course requires authorization from their department, which also specifies whether the activity is part of their institutional teaching workload.
Each professor at the Galilean School may invite professors, researchers from the University of Padua or other universities, and external scholars to give lectures during official teaching hours or additional sessions on topics relevant to the course.
Galilean professors and tutors oversee the activities conducted by the students, including those aimed at preparing the final thesis, the Galilean thesis, and the paper required for the Level II Galilean certificate.
